This book is about a man that is trying to change the government, or the country (UK) which is ruined. The government is controlling the people by the fear and do whatever they want.
This guy called V wants to give them revenge because of what they did to him to get more power and he succeed.
I like this book because this book is telling that the people that rules the nation is not a government, but the people that live in the nation. Also, I liked this book because the man in the book(V) is the person that we need in this country.
