Outliers is an amazing, eye-opening book focused on people on the planet who are very successful, or, are 'outliers'. The book describes rules, ways and reasons why they have made it in life, and the role of chance in success. An example for a rule that was described in the book is the 'Paddy field rule'. This rule explains that paddy farmers are very good at maths because cultivating rice is very precise and hard. The field needs to have a precise amount of water that drains out at a precise time to grow the most rice. This proves that maths is not about being naturally good, it's about practice.
The book has many more rules and facts that makes it a very interesting book, and because of this I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested.
