This book is about a girl name Ally. In the first day of fifth grade her best friend name Betsy be in same class. They decided to sing in the talent show before but Betsy got a new best friend other than Ally. At the first day of school they promised to wear what they decided to wear. However when Ally went to Betsy`s house she was not wearing it, also she was talking to girls, not Ally.
Then Ally got a new friend name Tina. However they become friendly again after time passes.
